Shipping Times
Standard UK delivery: 1-2 working days from order confirmation. Delivery available Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:00.
Shipping Costs
Free standard delivery on all orders within the UK mainland. Remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland) may incur additional charges - our team will confirm during the confirmation call.
Payment Methods
Cash on delivery. Pay the courier when your package arrives. We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). No upfront payment necessary.
Tracking
All orders are sent via tracked courier service. You'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
14-Day Returns & Refund Policy
Your Right to Change Your Mind
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return unopened products for a full refund. This applies under UK Consumer Rights Law (Consumer Contracts Regulations).
How to Request a Return

- We'll provide you with return shipping instructions and a reference number
- Send the unopened product back to us with your reference number
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 14 days
Important Information
- Unopened products only. The seal must be intact. Opened supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Return shipping costs. Return postage is usually the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
- Refund timeline. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
